40 Plus Years Experience
Since the companies inception in 2007, JRi shocks have developed into a major force within the motorsport & performance vehicle scene, winning high profile events such as the Daytona 500. Jeff Ryan, the founder of the company is considered to be one of the greatest shock innovators & designers within the last 40 years having worked for major international championship winning teams & manufactuers since 1979.
Innovative Designs
JRi have pioneered innovative shock design such as the JRi Ride Height Shock which can raise & lower the vehicle up to 3 inches via a hydraulic actuator without the need for air bags. The performance & ride expected of an aftermarket shock is retained while maintenance costs normally associated with expensive air bag systems is reduced. Designed & built in the USA. Road/Circuit Racing ST08 model
- Monotube construction gas shock
- Various lengths available
- Available as non-adjustable but custom tuned to suit your vehicle for the budget conscience or as designated by regulations
- Non-remote or remote canister setups with or without additional adjusters for short length installations
- Wide range of adjustability for 1 to 4-way setups in compression &/or rebound
- Various eyelet mounting configurations
- Suitable for Touring cars, Drift cars, Tarmac rally cars, Openwheelers, GT3/Sportscars & categories regulated by control shocks

Drag Strut
- JRi internals/strut tube installed in to Strange spindle housing
- Low friction seals
- High load bearing isolator reduces bending loads associated with misalignment of strut housings equals grip & high response to road surface changes
- Double adjustable configurations of low & high speed extension or low speed compression/high sped extension
- 3 & 6 inch stroke available (designed for Pro-Mod Series/Drag radials)
- Has the highest adjustment range for a strut unit on the drag racing market
- Air assist can be added for pro-level racers
Drag Racing - Sportsman
- Budget level dual adjustable & ride height adjustable gas shock
- Compression has 5 clicks of adjustment
- Rebound has 10 clicks of adjustment
- Monotube construction
- Available in two open lengths of 17.5 inches (suit springs of 10 inches long or shorter) & 19.5 inches (suit springs 12 inches long or shorter)
- Suit spring ID's of 2.25/2.5 inches or 60mm
- Monoball sphercial mounts (narrow & wide)
- Large nitrogen chamber to reduce gas spring effect during shock travel to maximize grip
- Can be custom valved to suit application
- Sometimes used on muscle cars & hot rods for street applications
