Spring rubbers can reduce body roll & improve cornering stability.  Often a cheaper option & time saver in fine tuning the balance of the car before purchasing new springs.

They are popular in major motorsport categories including but not limited to V8 Supercars and NASCAR. We regularly use them when we assist customers on test days to make informed decisions for setup adjustments which

The spring rubbers we stock suit 2.25/2.5 Inch ID springs and 60/65mm ID springs, made of polyurethane of various hardness.

Supplied in a solid piece, simply cut with a knife & fit between the coil wires of the springs. One rubber per spring will provide a progressive increase in linear rate change. Multiple rubbers of various rates can be installed on long springs & provide a progressive increase in non-linear rate change. The ride height may also alter a few millimetres similar to changing to a stiffer spring or softer spring.

Values may vary slightly depending on the quality & accuracy of the coil spring design & the results below should be used as a guide. The final values were tested on a 0700-225-0350 spring.

  • Black - 50A - (8% or 30lbs/in increase)
  • Natural - 60A - (10.5% or 42lbs/in increase)
  • Green 70A - (14% or 58lbs/in increase)
  • Yellow 80A - (16% or 67lbs/in increase)
  • Blue 90A - (19% or 80lbs/in increase)
