We supply and dispatch our products to customers within Australia only, unless prior arrangements have been communicated directly to international buyers.

Packaging and postage within Australia or elsewhere, are an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase.

All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods. Any claims for damage must be in writing, provide photographic evidence of the damage and must be placed within 7 days of receiving the order.

The shipping of goods sold online is conducted by Australian operated companies. For information on the terms & conditions please check the terms of conditions of the carriers you chose for your products to be sent with.

Pickup may be available on selected goods. Availability for collection will be emailed on completion of order & usually within 48 hours.

Not all goods for sale on the websites are in stock. Depending on the goods selected, we may not receive the goods from local suppliers for up to 3 days before we can dispatch. Overseas items may take up to 30 days or longer.
