This Damping Adjuster Tool clamps over the blue/black knob on the shaft adjuster on all Indian Tourer rear shocks made by JRi Shocks to make it easier to reach the adjuster without having to remove the seat.
This is not a remote adjuster. This only fits JRi Shocks.
