These dry break connectors manufactured by Staubli are the only brand to use that won't impede the flow of the oil when going to and from the shock body to the canister or other hydraulic connections.

On chassis cars, often customers request to be able to mount remote canisters under the bonnet, boot area or in the rear cabin where they are easily accessible and won't get damaged. This also stops the need to machine a large hole through the chassis to fit the remote canister away from the wheel or tyre.

These connectors are joined by a -4 female fitting on both ends. Hoses can be made to suit at an additional cost.
